WTB - W124 Wagon Rear Headrests

It's been a while since I posted this last, so I'll try again - I'm looking for 3 rear headrests for a W124 Station Wagon. At this point I'll take any trim and deal.

Ideally, I'd like to find 3...

Phone system interference?

Scott or anyone else out there: Does anyone know if, in a 94-98 E class (95 E320 wagon to be specific), if the integrated/handsfree phone system is installed already, does it run through the CD port...

I got the USA-SPEC interface for the holidays, but the adapter cable to go to the MB changer cable in the rear is only due to arrive today. That, and of course my CD changer cable...

Shenanigans

Yep - not a problem, until you find the previous owner had a leak or spilled something in that area or just didn't take care of that neck of the woods in the car. I found the 10-pin adapter beneath...

Hopefully an update soon

I've only seen the 94-98 MBs listed at both Monster and USA Spec to run the interface to CD Changer input. I'm sure you could do some kind of aux line in on the older Beckers, but you'd still have...

Merry Christmas Indeed

Thanks Scott - Merry Christmas indeed, as those pics are definitely what I've been hunting for. Hoping there's a guide in the E-Class Bible on removing that washer fluid reservoir without making a...

Resolved?

Was this ever fully answered? I've also got a '95 with the 3rd-row seat and am having difficulty finding the 10-pin plug in the pass side quarter panel compartment. Is it there even if you've got the...

WTB - Rear W124 Wagon (300TE/E320) Headrests

I'm hunting for 3 rear W124 wagon (300TE or E320 - don't think it matters) headrests, ideally in black leather. However, at this point, I'll take any upholstery - MBTex, grey leather, shag carpet,...

Why not skip the CD player and go with a direct iPod interface to your existing head unit? I'm aiming for that scenario in our '95 E320 wagon - the USA Spec iPod interface, and necessary...

Gunnar - do you have the stock E Class 94-98 head unit in there still? If you don't have a CD changer, and don't plan on having one, you can run the iPod into the CD hookup. USA Spec and Monster make...

Bob - do you have suggestions for the 94-95 W124/E320 wagon (the 'facelift' years - new head unit, etc.). There are door and dash speakers in the front, and I think only door speakers in the rear.

Interesting...how about non-invasive surgery?

Thanks for the solid tip on the console box. It occurred to me though that perhaps I can avoid it all together hopefully.

I posed this same question to the Monser iCruze help folks via web...

iPod interface with stock unit?

Anyone who's posted here seen/heard of successes with either Monster's or the HON iPod interface that links up with the stock MB head unit w/CD changer controls? Our new-to-us '95 E320 wagon didn't...

A-ok!

Just picked up the Wagon from John's - good service all around. A rear wheel bearing went, and they charged a fair rate (especially for Boston). I even got a ride from the Commuter Rail station to...

April 2005: Bought my celery green '77 240D 4-speed manual at 398K miles for $2000, sold it for $3000 about 2K miles later. ;) Hated to see it go, but we don't have a garage and we live very close to...

A bit of ornamental humor

Heck with the star. Go for something with some brawn. My recently purchased E320 wagon came with this preinstalled. ;)

93 is the first with the 3.2 104 engine, handily misdubbed a 300TE that year, even with the larger engine.

Definitely try to aim for used - on the 94-95 W124s, you have to replace the whole assembly I've heard (you can't just do the lens on the earlier W124s). An auto recycler somewhere should hopefully...

Will a 48 offset work on a '95 E320 Wagon (W124)

Any thoughts on mounting a W124 8-hole rim with a 48 offset on a '95 E320 Wagon? I'm pretty sure the offset is 44 on the 94-95 years, but am not super positive. This would just be for winter tires...

WTB - W124 Wagon Rear Headrests

Looking specifically for '94-'95 E320 Wagon black leather rear headrests, but will take any W124 wagon rear headrests I'm guessing (even non-matching upholstry - I'll worry about that later). Got a...
