How to tell if new bumper is OEM

Got hit and their insurance company tried putting an aftermarket bumper on my 2000 ML320. I had to fight with them but they then agreed to put on a MB OEM front bumper.
I'm picking up the car today...

no latch on 2000

I have a 2000 ML320, and unless I'm a total moron (which is possible) there are no latch anchors on this vehicle. It really sucks, because latch makes life so much easier and safer...oh well!

not fixed...but

I was on an online chat w/Pat Goss (Motorweek) and his comment was "Check the lock solenoid (brake shifter interlock), solenoid adjustment, and brake switch."

To all you experts out there...would...

I actually have the problem with the bad nozzle, fluid just runs down the hatch. Funny thing I did was lift the cap off of the back (above where the fluid comes out) and than pressed the sprayer -...

Update...

So recently my wife tells me that she's been driving around with a pen in the transmission shifter because the shift-lock stopped working again. Now, here's the weird part - when it's warm outside...

Front power outlet (in front of passenger seat) stopped working a few years ago. There's a fuse under the hood for the rear power outlet, but nothing for the front, and I can't find any...
