Not sure if the w211 has the same issues but the electronic ignition switch can go bad or have issues. You would need a proper MB scanner like mentioned above in order to properly diagnose the issue.

You are aware people are making 500+ horsepower on these engines with "stock" injectors right? They may modify the pop pressure settings but as far as I know the nozzles are not modified.

How much do you want for the case? Friend of mine has one that was leaky and turned out the case had cracked. Still has the pump and could be a good spare if we had a case that wasn't cracked.

The 190's all had smaller clutches than the w124 300e. Even the 190e 16v was only a 228mm vs 240mm like on m103 or the euro 603 diesel cars with a stick.
