when i get up to about 45 miles an hour and i ease off the accelerator it starts making a wobbiling sound!! it does it at all speeds higher than 45 miles an hour..but if i accelerate it smooths out!!...

I have a 1997 E320 and the dash pops up with an asr problem and the car shuts down completely, i have to wait till it cools down before it will start again..can anyone help with this?? thank you....
