The turn signals on my 1976 240D do not work but the 4 way hazard lights do. What could be the problem?

I have a 1976 240D. The hazard lights all work the turn signals do not.

Is there a separate fuse for the turn signals and another for the hazard lights? Also the backup lights are not working.
