Thanks guys, got a quote from an old friend who has a Mercedes shop. $3900 to drive off with a rebuilt trans. Uh.... no. Looks like I'll pull the 722.369 out of the parts car and see where I stand....

I have a 93 sedan parts car with an M104. Wondering if the transmission will swap out with the ill one in my 92 300TE wagon with an M103? If that will work, I can keep the car om the road and rebuild...
