Thanks for the insight. I have an appt. with the shop tomorrow morning. Hope there's no damage and only a bad installation but I'll take your advice on handling it. Thanks again!

I just had a new steering wheel (wood and leather) installed on my R129 ... looks great ... BUT turning it is very stiff and after making a turn, the steering wheel will not recenter itself - the car...
