Any ideas why my W115 rear bumper sticks out more on one side than the other?

Or, you could drill a couple holes in the other...

Or, you could drill a couple holes in the other mount's shock, let the oil out, and push that side in all the way to match the other, and reduce the "diving board" effect of that awful US-spec...

The mounts are shock absorbers. Grab a hold of the side that's compressed and give it a good tug to see if you can pull it back out.
