Get a hold of ( or make ) 2 sets set of tow truck...
Get a hold of ( or make ) 2 sets set of tow truck dolly wheels, ( not a 1/2 trailer tow dolly ) this way you can move the car without a wheel turning.
These are made from two 8" rim trailer...
