You are correct. It is the switchover valve. I ended up swapping out the one that I had just put on (used but tested out fine) with another and it did the trick. It needs some fine...

I have been tracking down an issue with my W123 transmission shifting (flaring between 2-3 and slightly between 3-4) (722.118). Modulator wasn't holding vacuum first - so I replaced the O-Ring...
