603 #17 head

603 head off '91 350SDL. Comes with new-style, poptested injectors installed, injector lines, new lifters, cam.

Yes, this will bolt right on to your 3.0 603!

$1000 plus shipping.

Also looking for a good trans for my '82 SD. Will consider partial trade.

$800. Remember, this head has had a valve job, new seals, a good cam, good angled injectors (pop tested with as-new pressure and spray pattern by Bosch certified shop), and brand new lifters.

Would rather a forumite get it, but I'll ebay it if I have to.

Full disclosure -- Two of the cam journals on this are just beyond factory tolerance so the oil pressure rides a tad low (but within factory specification ~1.3 bar) at idle, pegs over 3 above idle. Run it as is or have your local engine machine line bore it. Regardless, this is a killer deal on a killer head
