Undeleting a thread

I just accidentally deleted a thread that I had started called "Check engine light not on". Is there any way to get it back? I started the thread, and was trying to post to it with an attachment, the attachment didn't work, so I was trying to delete just that post, to start over, but apparently deleted the entire thread.

I've attached pictures before with success but this was a PDF file, and while it showed up as being attached, it wouldn't show up on the screen. Thanks for any help.

it said that it's a non-existant thread???? So now I understand. . .

Just wanted to say, I used a scanner on the car and that's how it pointed to the DI Module. Have you tried one for your problem??

Jim, you're everywhere - thank goodness. No I don't have a scanner. What the post said, before I deleted it with the entire thread was that I found the DI module on the inner fender, decided that it looked like a dealer part, that I would price it on Monday and decide whether to replace. I tried disconnecting the battery and that didn't work.

It then went on to say that I found a DM module page on the 124 service CD that showed the X11/21 8 pole connector, the CE light connector and an ignition/fuel delivery link, all in close proximity on a flow chart - which looked like a good suspect for the problem because those are my 3 symptoms - dead LED light, dead CE light, and won't start - either because of no spark or no fuel. So I tried to attach that page and that's when I lost the hole thing. In any case thanks for your help - if I can't get the thread back I may start it again.
