Bill - I sure hope that your

sales sky rocket too. Ya'll (everyone I have met associated with mercedesshop.com) are good people and surely deserve it. Keep up the good work!!! I am telling you though - if ya'll will offer some business cards that you send out - say 10 with every order that registered members (and buying customers) could hand out the growth would happen that much faster.

how many days from 4000 to

4100 Bill? Just this week I put an owner of a really nice looking 560SL onto mercedesshop.com. It has gotten to the point where everytime I see someone with a MB I write down the name of the site and give it to them and tell them to check it out. The only negative response was some a*&hole in a 240D that was trying to purchase a new key at the dealer. Seems he had purchased the car and the ignition and door were keyed differently - he was giving the parts person a lot of grief because he wanted them keyed alike and could not understand that he needed to purchase the tumbler/key with the VIN number. You probably don't want customers like that anyway

Clicking off these "hundreds" does not even lift an eyebrow anymore does it Bill. Is the growth accelerating or is it just me. Hope the orders at partsshop/fastlane are going up just as fast.

Bill - the numbers seem exciting!

Now I am really wondering why wouldn't mercedesshop produce souvenirs that can be purchased and shipped around the world? I'm suggesting something like a window sticker with the MB star, and of course, the mention of mercedesshop.com

Or little things like key chains, etc ...

The last 100 did go by fast. I'm not sure what our rate was. I forgot to record when we hit 5200.
I find myself spending more and more time attending to the details of getting our shop built. Jim, be sure to let me know the next time you're in the Atlanta area. I'll give you a personal tour of our "construction site". I'll also buy you at least some of the many beers I owe you!

Parts sales really slowed last month but so far, we are having our best month ever this month.

Hey Bill!

I'm with Kerry...

How about some promotional T-shirts??? (Not that this site NEEDS promotion..) I'd LOVE to buy one....but only if it's SKIN-TIGHT, low cut and says Mercedesshop.com across the chest...

G-Benz...I should say not!

I was only thinking of some baggy shirt being sucked into the carburetors or caught up in the fan blades as I'm bent over working under the hood...

But then again...there IS that hot guy down at the grocery store....that hot Dad at my kids school...that hot man at the gas station...(need I go on???) :p
