Bill, I hadn't put in my E-mail address, and when I accidentally hit submit, it said it submitted the request.

I did a resubmit with the e-mail address.

I didn't get an error saying I hadn't filled out a required field, or anything.

Not sure if this is a problem wwith it, but just thought you should know in case it was.
