I sent a parts information request in about 7 days ago and have not received a reply. Could it have gotten lost or maybe not received at all? Should I send a new request?

I believe you requested an engine wiring harness.
Part# 202 440 18 05
List is $695.00
Unfortunately, we do not stock it.
Why, if I may ask, can't you get the dealer to replace it under warranty? Many dealers have been replacing wiring harnesses up to 120,000 miles.
