Good Paint Shop near Miami???

Anyone know of a good paint shop near Miami.
My Dad needs his '93 300D MB painted. It's Champaigne and I'd like to find an inexpensive place that will use good paint and avoid spraying the door handles and windsheild.

Buget is $2k to $3k. Is that realistic?
