Cam sprocket bolt tightening procedure on M103

I bought the new bolts for the cam sprocket on my M103 engine. I was told by someone that they THINK that this is an angle torque procedure, but they were not sure. I think they get tightened to 12 Nm and then turned 1/4 turn each.

Any arguments? Any clarifications?
