unusual front oil leak on M103

Hi everybody
My 300TE leaks some oil and I do not really know where exactly. The oil is found on the pan, transmission oil cooler hose, tandem pump, mainly lower front parts. It is engine oil, no transmisson or hydraulic oil. The timing chain cover has been resealed recently and it is still perfectly dry. Head gasket has been done about 40'000 miles ago. Could it be the front main seal?
Any ideas? Any input is highly appreciated, Bruno
