How to know if OVP Relay is good or not
 

How do you check if the OVP Relay is still good or not? does the fuse has to be blown, does it go bad even if the fuse is still okay. those of you that fix the problem regarding OVP Relay does the fuse blown when you change it or not? thanks in advance.

another question. after i start my car if i pull the OVP the car idle's better, does this mean my OVP is bad?
