Can anyone out there help? I am in the British Army currently serving in Canada. I brought with me from Germany a european 1991Mercedes 300 CE with sportline modifications. I have been trying for about 1 year to get the AC fixed. I have tried the Mercedes main dealership in Calgary who were not able to fix the problem due to the lack of a wiring diagram. I am told that the AC relay switch requires replacing or repair. No one I have taken the car to can seem to locate it! I have spoken to the Mercedes technical helpline who inform me that according to their records my model was not fitted with AC. The handbook I have clearly indicates how to operate AC on my model. I can only assume that it might be a retro fit, however everyting is genuine Mercedes parts and it is icorporated into the vehicles wiring loom. Any indication of where this switch no matter how trivial may help.
