1987 300SE leaky roof
Hi guys.
I have a 1987 300SE which I'm very pleased with - replaced the water pump a few weeks ago following the advice in here so cheers for that :-) Whenever it rains I get two little streams of water slowly running down the posts either side of the windshield - seems to come out from behind the plastic cover at the top. It's not a particularly fast stream, and it seems to stop when I get going. I've made sure the front and back drains next to the sunroof are clear on each side, and they seem to be intact and not corroded. Any other ideas for where this could be coming from? It's particularly annoying as I live in England so it rains most days :-) TIA. |

Ah, I didn't even think of looking at the window seal, but yes it is a bit old and cracked.
Thanks for the pointer - I'll start searching :-) |
