do i need an anti girgle kit for this?
my heat makes a whining noise when i turn it on. its not that annoying but i like to be updated. how mutch dose this kit cost? do they show the conversion instructions on the 124 cd for this?

I don't think the whining noise has anything to do with the anti-gurgle kit. My 300E gurgles, but I've just never worried about it. The whining noise probably has something to do with the fan, the gurgle comes from coolant gurgling through the heater core or associated parts. The fan and coolant flow have nothing to do with each other.

Whining noise most likely fan bearing going bad. I had to replace fan a couple of years ago on my '87.

nope,, i know the difference. it definately sounds like liquid. besides i keep my fan on auto so it really dose not start spinning for a while.
