Installing power rear seat in 300SDL

Just pondering how difficult it would be to install a power rear seat out of the 560SEL into my 86 300SDL. Figured I would try to locate one in a junkyard somewhere. How exactly does the assembly work? Can I use my current upper and lower seat cushions or would I have to find a matching interior?
