Unusual Seatbelt Part

Last month, I had my batter replaced at Autozone on my 1996 E300. I should have watched the guy do it because when I got home, I noticed that the right side seat belt receptor looked funny. I touched it and it fell apart. It seems as though the guy changing the battery sat the heavy battery on top of the seat belt receptor and crushed it. I've been looking for a replacement, but have had no luck. I either need the complete assembly or the plastic cover. The internal parts work fine and the seatbelt still works, It just needs the black cover. Does anyone have any experience with this or any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
