Anybody delt with Metric Motors, L.A.
 

I may have found a solution to my Blown engine ...92 300E. I`ve found what seems like an A-1 supplier of rebuilt blocks and heads. Has anyone delt with this firm, and what was the result ? Still Happy ??

I think that this is the place my indie used when I had my head gasket done.

You might try calling the indie, Enrique at Mr. MB, 818-708-8086, Tarzana, CA and asking him. He is a highly recommended indie on these boards.

YES I agree, top shelf stuff, really the best, as good or better than MB can provide. Prices may be slightly higher or slightly lower than MB. Comapre MB with Metric and go for the cheapest, be sure to take shipping into account on both.

I picked up a rebuilt head for my '90 300TE from Metric a year and a half ago, the people are very knowledgeable and friendly, VERY fast shipping, and an excellent product. No complaints.
