Question Help! 250 Se 108-014 No Fuel To Injctr

I BOUGHT A 250 SE 108-014 THE OTHER DAY. CAR HAS BEEN SITTING FOR CLOSE TO 10 YEARS. IT HAS MECHANICAL FUEL INJECTION, GASOLINE.
THE FUEL PUMP BACK BY THE TANK RUNS, AND I HAVE FUEL GOING INTO THE INJECTION PUMP, BUT NO FUEL GOING OUT OF THE INJECTION PUMP TO THE INDIVIDUAL INJECTORS, I OPENED A LINE AND LOOKED AT THE POINT GOING DIRECTLY OUT OF THE INJECTION PUMP. THE CAR HAS SPARK AND THE ENGINE TURNS OVER, BUT NO FUEL TO THE INJECTORS. THERE SEEM TO BE TWO SOLENOIDS ON THE BACK OF THE INJECTION PUMP CLOSE TO THE FIRE WALL WITH WIRES GOING TO EACH, I AM WONDERING IF ONE OF THEM IS SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN OR CLOSED FOR THIS TO WORK.
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANK YOU.

The fuel rack is gummed up and stuck.
There is a removable plug in front of the pump . Remove it and you can install a 5mm screw [1 1/2' long] into the end of the rack. You can spray cleaner in the pump and push/pull the screw to free the rack up.
If it is real dirty, the pump side plate has to come off..as the pistons are stuck too.
Bad to let these expensive pumps sit..
The back, top sol. is for start and should move the rack full-foward with the key in the start position once the rack is free...the other sol. is just fuel shut off when decellerating. Disconnect it 'til you get everything going...
Also, check the filter in the engine compartment, just before the IP

.... and dump the CAPS

Ok
Also check for fuel to the cold start valve on the intake . There is a little hex cap you can take off to see if fuel is going to the valve when cranking
Hold a rag over the port...

still no fuel out of injection pump

rack is not stuck, moves very freely. disconnected wire to shut of solenoid. ran a jumper to start solenoid. jumper wire got warm, quick. possible solenoid stuck? moving lever on injection pump did not seem to move rack, when i had the bolt in the end of it. more advice? also checked plug on cold start area, plug is missing. i think someone has been here before me.

OK

That is the Start Aid sol.

Test if power there only when key is engaging the starter moter..not that important for now..

You have no plug at Cold start sol/valve at intake ??
See if power to that sol when engaging starter..
Also take feed line off IP and turn key to run.. should have fuel from fuel pump to there . Should also have fuel pressure to CSV when fuel pump is running..
