Recently after not working for 7 years I decided to get the airconditioning(on a w124) unit working. The reason it was not used for so long is becuase it use to cut out after ten min then never come on again, until engine restart. I was told the sensor that measures engine speed and compressor speed need to be exact, if not the compressor goes into protection mode until restart.
So now I just got the thing re gassed and it works, still cuts off occasionally but the worst problem its not too cold. How could I improve its refrigeration?
