Have you eliminated the fuse and fuse holder as possible problems?

Windows
I have had this happen a few times and it has never been a relay, always a fuse. It has always been a fuse because the system is hooked up for the power from the fuse box to feed diagonally. Look in your fuse box and their should be a diagram and it will show you which fuse to change. You can try to rotate the fuse and see if the windows work. Sometimes the fuses are not making a good connection. But if your car has old fuses you need to change all of them...Every 10 years is a guideline. But most of us never know how long if ever our fuses have been changed. I don't think it is a window switch because the power has been split before it gets to the window switches. Try the fuse and if your car does not have a schmatic, then ask and you will be flooded with information...Jim

You have a short in the circuit. Start by disconnecting the swithces in the center consol. then replace the fuse. If it holds and does not blow then connect one switch at a time. when the fuse blows at least you will know from what point in the circuit your short is located.
The wires bend a lot at the door hinge so this is a spot where wear occures. Also it is possible that the motor has shorted. BUT the switch woudl also have to fail at the same time to allow this. Highly unlikely. does the fuse blow when the switch is installed or after the window switch is pressed. Which one? If it blows when the fuse is installed does it happen when the center consol swithces are disconnected? then it is not the wire harness from the fuse box to the center consol. Follow this concept and figure out when and where the fuse is blowing. Since you posted that the fuse keeps blowing when you replace it. disconnect eh switches in the center consol. does it blow? if so then you will have to trace the wiring from the fuse box to the consol and figure out which one is shorted. Correct Fuse
I am not sure which fuse goes there..white, red or blue. But make sure it is the correct one to start with and try Dave's ideas....Jim
