Removing Rear Window Post cover panel E300
 

Trying to get to supposed terminals in rear window post and pulling on the plastic cover It broke in half! Very nice. Anyone have a gray passenger rear window post cover for a '95 E300?
How are these rear window post covers manipulated and removed to expose the rear defrost terminals? There are many threads regarding checking these terminals for rear defrost however no-one explains how to get to them.
