4Matic Reliabilty
Are the E320 4matics any less reliable or problematic then the RWD E320 sedans? Any advice would be appreciated.

If your talking about post '98, 2nd generation 4Matic sedans and wagons, then no, they are not less reliable than the 2 wheel drive sedans. You can do a search on the 4Matic but most if not all the trouble posts will come back as first generation 4Matic problems.
