Yes, all the MLs (code number is "163" in case you didn't realize what this "163" thing is all about) have the 722.6 transmission. It's a slight variant of the design as the transfer case bolts to the rear of the case, but essentially it's the same design and is still code-numbered a 722.6 transmission.
