95 E320 Speed Control Over 70mph

95 E320 Speed Control Over 70mph

The speed controller works perfectly at any speed below 70mph. But it will not engage above 70mph.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem? Or has anyone had a similiar problem?
