W124 - looking for previous link
 

BRAIN FREEZE:
I *thought* I had a link to a previous thread on an adjustment (1/4 turn) ... which helps the car respond better ... instead of a little lag, after hitting the gas pedal. The thread was quite long and detailed ... tried searching for it ... but I forget the exact name of the adjustment. FWIW - I think the original post referenced a 1987 model year. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

A search on "1987 EHA" ... brings up the original thread ... which referenced a 260E!
