How to access wiper motor on W124?

I'm planning to remove my wiper motor/transmission and clean and lube it, and lube the blower motor bearings with ATF while I'm in there.

I've seen great writeups here, complete with pictures, of how to disassemble the wiper transmission and also how to get into the plastic clamshell to get at the gears.

What I can't seem to find anywhere, including the repair CDs, is exactly how to get off all the air grill parts to get at the wiper motor. The manual refers to that job as "83-140" but neither my CDs nor paper manuals address this.

Could someone who's been there kind of walk me through this please?

Thanks!
