I have a 1994 E420 with just over 101,000 miles. Each morning, I see three or four drops of oil underneath the engine. In addition, I always smell some burning oil as soon as I shut off the engine upon my return. I plan on keeping my car for a long time. I read the description for the Motor Oil Saver, and was wondering if this product is appropriate for my situation. I obviously would like to get rid of this problem for $10 or so, but I don't want to do anything that will jeopardize the life expectancy of my engine. In other words, assuming one seal is slowly leaking oil at this time, will adding Motor Oil Saver stop the leak without causing damage to the other seals, or any other engine component, for that matter? Your help and advice is greatly appreciated.
