w126 fuel leak at throttle body

There is a fuel leak on the 89 300SE on the rubber under body of the throttle body. The round rubber is attached to a base and the whole thing is wet from seepage.
Has anyone else seen this before. I bought a gasket for the base plate, but should I also change the round rubber body material???
