V-8 Swaybars
I've got a 1995 e320. I was wondering if 400e, or 420e swaybars would improve overall handling? Will they fit? Anyother sway bar options? I'd rather not change shocks or springs, I don't want a "stiff ride" I'd just like the car to not roll so much in turns. The reason I ask is a friend is selling his swaybars out of his e420, and can get a deal at a salavage yard on a set of 400e swaybars.
Thanks in advance |
I think, but am not sure, that the E420 sway bars will fit a 300E. However, the best results will probably come form installing a set of Sportline swaybars specifically designed for your car.
Rusty has them at www.*************** - or try Fastlane (our sponsor's parts site at the top of the page). I think that a complete swaybar set, including bushings, is less than $400. You may want to think about changing to Sportline springs as well. Hope this helps, Troy 1995 E420 90k |
