How to set driver seat?

Does anyone know of a straightforward procedure to set the driver seat properly, that is, in the best ergonomic position? I'm always fiddling the handle's endlessly to find the most comfortable setting when the missus has
used the car

I'd suggest setting the seat cushion first ... desired height, angle and distance from the pedals/steering wheel. Then adjust the seat back angle.

Set for your sitting height and arm position. Some like it closer, some farther away.

Set seat angle for lower back comfort.

Put head rest up to cushion your head in a rear-end collision.

Does this car have a Seat Memory? It's a Good Thing to have...
