Engine Mount Opinion (please take a look)

Hey everyone,

I just posted about my OVP, I decided that I need to divert more attention to the engine mounts.... is my passenger side mount collapsed?

(See pictures)

Measure the distance between the bottom of the widest part of the mount and the frame parallel to the mount centerline axis.

It should be about 13 mm.

The driver side is a little tougher to measure.

huh? sorry duke but i don't have your very knowledgable vocabulary... can you give me the instructions again in idiot terms? thanks man! :)

I don't how how else to describe it. Stick a tape measure in and look for a little over 1/2" from the cross member to the bottom of the outer edge of the mount.

That's good enough!

Now I get it! Thanks for making it easier!

It looks tired, you should feel no engine vibrations inside. I can't with a diesel under the hood.

Green coolant! :D

Duke2.6 gave you a good hint and here's another measurement to take.
The distance between the engine oil pan (front) and the anti-sway bar should be greater than 1 in.

Look behind the washer bottle at the yellowing tank.
