Ash tray replacement
 

This is an odd question and perhaps the wrong forum

Has anyone ever replaced the area of the ash tray in the front compartment of a 300e.

It seems like the space could accomodate a nice cd collection....

Even most smokers don't smoke in their car.

I thought about putting a couple gauges there, but it looks like more trouble than it's worth to me.
