190e Air Pump

I am trying to find a source for the air pump pully bearing for my 1991 190e 2.6. This air pump is common to several models of this vintage. MB sells the pully/clutch assembly for $430. All I need is the bearing. The numbers are illegible. Who is the manufacturer?
