E-320 Fuel Level Sending Unit

How do I access the Fuel Level Sending Unit on my 1994 E-320? Is it in the trunk or back seat area?

Windshied wiper motor

I've also got a windshield wiper on my 1994 E-320 that is slipping and barely makes the return sweep. Do you think it's the motor or could there be something else? The blade is fairly new.
