Need your help: (CSI?) 190e Repair failure
I had the 87 190e Driveshaft Support, Center Bearing and Flex Disc repair by a reputable shop about 3-4 months ago.
It has failed and when I brought it back to them they are balking saying something else had to influence the failure. That maybe the rear suspenion carrier is moving and pulled everything apart? I am sure I am beyond 6k miles but pointed out that I have replaced these items before and they should certainly last more than 40k miles, at the least. What could have happened? Bad support? Someone didn't tighten bolts enough? Are the bolts to be torqued? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Haasman
