W124 E320 Not Shifting At First Run

Hi There, What Is Going Is This:
Everytime I Start My Car In The Morning I Wait Till Engine Warm Up, Shift To Drive And Go, As U Know The Car Move At Second Gear Since Iam At Drive With No Kickdown, Rpm Goes Upto 3000 Or 4000 But No Shifting I Get My Leg Off The Throtle It Slow Down Then I Push The Throtle Again Car Won't Shift This Continues Untill Car Runs Around 1km(engine Temp. Around 80 Deg. Cels.). The Only Way It Shifts Before It Realy Warmup Is To Kickbown(or Full Push On The Gas But Not Kicking Down) Reaching Max Rpm(i Did It Once Only For Check). After It Shift To Third Gear, Things Become Fine.
But The Idea Is Usually In Warm Engine Conditions It Shifts To The Second Gear At Very Low Rpm's Like 2000, But In First Run Of The Day It Is Not Shifting Even At 4000 Rmp.
So Is It Normal For The Car Model, Or The Is Any Problem(may Be In Oil Filter....).
I Spoke Alot But I Hope I Could Describe The Situation.

These cars won't shift out of 2nd gear when cold until the catalytic converter is warmed up. How long do you let the engine warm up before you drive it?

i warm it up for about 5 minutes(i never push the gas while doing that). at that time engine temperature reading is about 40 deg. C (not more than 40)
