Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the climate control system that's used on the 1982 300TD? I'd like to add one to my collection of reference material, but haven't located one yet. My interest in this is partially due to my engine swap- I noticed that they appear to use a different climate control pushbutton unit for the diesels and the gas engine cars, and am curious why. In my situation, I'm running the A/C compressor from the original M/B wiring, but ran a wire from it to the A/C input on the engine computer for the 4.3 engine, so the engine can adjust the idle speed when the compressor clutch is engaged, etc. (Sorry, I've been out of town for the last few days, so the pix of the swap aren't done yet! They will be coming soon!)

I am in a simillar situation. My climate controll leaks vaccum on my (123.130) 1978, 300D. I want to fix the leak but I do not have a schematic of the vaccum system for the climate controll.

Can anyone provide me with this schematic or at least some info on what a common failure in this case is?
