Noise frustration
 

Please help if you can. I have a 1992 300E 3.0

For over a month I have experienced a rotational whine that happens when I have driven approx. 10 miles or more and then get off on a side street and ride at about 30 miles an hour. You then hear the noise that seems to go with the rotation of the wheels and is not affected my putting the car in nuetral or tapping the breaks.

I have had the breaks, rotors, pads checked, resurfaced and pads are fine.
I have had the grease seal replaced, the spindle replaced and new bearings put in and repacked.

I have also rotated my 10 thousand mile Yokahoma tires to see if the sound would move. It seems to stay in the front of the car, and you hear it best inside the car, on a quiet street.

Please, please help me. It has been in the shop so many times, my mechanic cannot figure it out because he cannot duplicate the problem up on the rack and I have also run out of hope that this issue will every be fixed. I love my car and would treasure any help any of you guys can give me.
