I am home for the christmas break and am about to start doing some repairs on my car from this semester at school. So i might have quite a few questions over the next 3 weeks. I have a 1983 240D when i went home for thanskgiving I parked my car at the Jacksonville airport. When I return I stated my car and turned on the the fan for the heater. I drove all of 100 or so feet when I realized the fan was no longer blowing. So i stop at an autoparts store before my two hour trip to Tallahassee. The fuse was blown it melted the whole fuse to the fuse box and left burn marks. I replaced the fuse again it did not blow it, but the fan does not work. And now that i am in NC this is a problem with the cold weather. Is the a cause and fix for this problem.
