16V NO HEAT, NO MONOVALE, HELP BRR....

OH GOSH IT WAS COLD THIS MORNING.....my car had no heat at all, I did a search on monovale, but nobody talked about the 16v. Is there a monovale in there? I know is located
somewhere near the battery, but I don't see anything...oh please help is going to be cold again tomorrow. Could the fusses be part of this?! or coolant? (which I added more this afternoon)
