quick question
I am wondering what the small "two" fuse box is infront of the main fuse box on my 190e 2.3. It is a little rectangular box with a cover and has two wires coming out on each end (one with blue tape and other wire with white tape) and it has two spaces for fuses inside (not sure the amp rating of them). I noticed a while ago that one of the fuses is missing and I'm wondering if its supposed to have a fuse in it or not...

There's a covered relay housing in front (towards the headlights) of the main fuse box, but it doesn't hold any fuses. The relays in the box control the aux fan, power seats and on later models, the headlight washers.

its not that, no relays just 2 fuses.....

Two Reds Do Make A Right
I have two red fuses in mine, I can only read a 16 inside the plastic, so I don't know the amp for ceratin, The Red Ones! In U.S. Style that is a 10 amp.
Do you have factory alarm system?? It may be related, I have the alarm system! |
I believe mine are blue fuses. And yes, I do have the factory alarm.
