89 190e serp belt replacement
 

Just looking for some info on the relacement of a serp belt on my 190e. It has a 2.6 and it looks like there is an adjustment screw by the powwer steering pump, is this correct? Would anyone know where i could get some diagrams from? The belt broke and it's down and out without it. Thanks guys, you have helped alot in the past....

I posted a step-by-step DIY procedure for an '89 2.6 in February. I'm not savvy enough to include a direct link to it, but yal is right, serach is your friend. Try searching by author 'pepperref'.

Even though it's my first DIY article, I wrote it after consolidating information from a number of different threads and actually changing the belt myself. I hope it helps.
